Nidhi stood there till the last passenger had left, but she couldn't find her guest.She was surprised and unconsciously turned the pluck card and was astonished to se ,"Kabir Verma" written on it.She turned her head and saw Kabir standing at a distance and watching her calmly..He pointed   his finger showing the pluck card and then  pointed himself and said  "that's me"Nidhi closed her eyes cursing her fate ,took a deep breath and walked towards him.."I didn't see the name, I am sorry for making you wait for a long time" ,she spoke very formally  looking at some random spot.. She didn't even give him a glance..This way please, she signalled and walked towards the car.. Car driver opened the car for Kabir and put his luggage in the trunk.Nidhi thought for a while and instead of sitting beside Kabir , she chose to sit in the co-pilot seat beside the driver..Kabir knows she is hurt because of his past actions..He wanted to apologise to her  many times and almost every time he opened his mobile to connect her number but his fingers stopped at the last moment.He didn't know why ,when Nidhi left ,he started missing Nidhi instead of Nandini.. He couldn't eat nor sleep properly.. He became very cold from that day.. More than Kabir it was Avani who was affected.. For a few days she didn't eat food properly and was even hospitalised.. his entire house became completely calm without her... it's like Nidhi took away smiles from their lips along with her..He came to know Nidhi left the city for higher studies..  he can know which city she has shifted in minutes but controlled himself because if he knows the area he couldn't resist himself from seeing her.. He thought ,with time he could forget her... But deep down  he was missing her.. When he received the invitation from college he was in no mood to attend it but came to know that one of his professors is also coming to attend this conference..He just agreed so that he could meet him.. But to his surprise he saw Nidhi holding the pluck card of his name in the airport..He was stunned to see her  after so long.. Within a year she looked much matured..He walked towards her but she just ignored him.. He didn't want to trouble her so he stood for her patiently..He was hurt when she spoke to her very formally as if she was speaking to a stranger..She didn't even sit beside him in the car, she felt more comfortable sitting beside the driver than sitting beside him..His heart ached , but he couldn't express it.. He can't wrong her because it was his decision to send her away..He didn't want to look at  her but couldn't resist seeing  her beautiful face.. On the other hand ,Nidhi was very nervous to meet him.. She knew she had to face him one day but didn't expect to meet him so soon..She closed her eyes pretending to sleep.. She didn't want to expose her feelings in front of him.. She was calming down herself..When the car reached the hotel entrance, She walked towards the reception, took the key card  and gave it to Kabir.." Have a nice day Mr.Kabir, I will come to pick you up tomorrow morning. Have a nice day!!!" Nidhi  was about to leave.." Nidhi".. Kabir called..Nidhi ,taking a deep breath  turned towards Kabir " Yes Mr.Kabir ,how can I help you??"Kabir stared at Nidhi for a while and asked ," Can you please accompany me for coffee??"She was about to say no.. But got interrupted by a call.. It was from her Principal.. She immediately answered it.." Nidhi ,did you receive Mr. Kabir ??"Yes sir, I just dropped him at the hotel.. ""Ok good good, please  make him feel comfortable and accompany him if he needs something""Yes sir", Nidhi replied cursing her PrincipalKabir can hear her conversation  and he can even hear her principal too..With a smile on his lips he said," So shall we go ?? "Nidhi pursed her lips tightly.. She was cursing the Principal and Kabir in her heart..They walked towards the restaurant and Kabir ordered two coffees..She was nervous and sat uncomfortably Infront of Kabir. She was looking at  random people  coming and going out of the restaurant..She could feel his gaze on her ,so she didn't dare to look at him.. " So how are your studies going on??" He asked. " Good " ,Nidhi replied in one word..Got used to this city?? He asked.."Yes", again it was a one word answer from her.Kabir sneered, he didn't understand how to continue their conversation.. There was a kind of silence between them..Nidhi pretended to be calm outside but there was a storm inside her heart.She was scared to think of spending three days with him.. Yes he will be here for 3 days and she has to accompany him everywhere.she cursed her destiny.Soon Coffee was served and  Nidhi quickly finished it and said, " Thank you Mr. Kabir, see you tomorrow"She hurriedly left from there..She felt relieved when she finally reached home.She crouched down near her bed.. Her fists were completely wet due to the sweat..Tears started flowing through her eyes which  she was controlling from the moment she saw him.."No Nidhi, you are not weak, you have to be strong.. "She said to herself and walked towards the bathroom to take shower to calm down herselfWhereas Kabir was completely restless after seeing Nidhi today.. He had an urge to hug her tightly and wanted to apologize to her.. His heart ached when she walked out from the hotel..He wanted this night to end quickly so that he can see Nidhi tomorrow..But why?? Why am I so restless.. Why is my heart aching when she is leaving me.. His inner voice was saying," You love her Kabir" .. But he was not ready to accept the fact..He was really confused with the feelings he has right now for Nidhi..*******"Nidhi, wake up, you will be late.. ", Riya shouted.Next morning, Nidhi woke up a little late as she couldn't sleep properly last night..She is exhausted dealing with Kabir for a few hours now she has to face him for three days.She resigned to her fate  and  quickly got ready.. She received a call from the driver saying that the car college arranged for her  had broken down."Aaahhhhhh,", she shouted and tightly clenched her fists and said," ok I will receive him in my car"She was very angry with herself for accepting the Principal's request..She drove the car towards the hotel and called Kabir saying she is waiting  outside the hotel..Kabir wore a blue tuxedo and he looked extremely handsome today..when Kabir reached her, he saw her standing alone without a driver.. A cunning smile appeared on his lips. Yesterday he bribed her driver.. He wanted to spend time with Nidhi..Nidhi tied her hair into a ponytail.. Kabir reached her hair,removed the band and said," You look beautiful in loose hair".Nidhi was speechless for his actions..Is she dreaming???, is the person who is standing before her is Kabir
