Aditya's POVI was speechless when I heard my grandma..What is she talking about?? My parents and her parents are friends so  why is grandma hating Rekha aunty??," But mom, it's been more than 20 years the issue has happened, can't we forget it", my mom interruptedgrandma glared  mom seriouslyand said," Do you even think of Meera as your family, Mamta??""Mom,it's not like that", my mom tried to explain..I stood up and said seriously," I don't know what happened back then, but I don't want the past to affect my future, grandma ,I love Sanjana, and she will be my wife"..My grandma slapped me hard, she was fuming with anger.."You marry her on my corpse", She yelled at me, and walked towards her room..This is the first time my grandma was angry with me.. I didn't know what to say, what is her problem??my dad patted on my shoulder and said, I will talk to grandma tomorrow again, "and left..I nodded.my mom was standing like a statue, I could see tears in her eyes. I know ,my grandma never treated my mom well.. My dad loves my mom very much but when it comes to grandma and mom , he always chooses grandma...I have seen  mom crying because of grandma when I was kid.. I hugged my mom and said,'' Mom ,I am sorry, it's because of me, grandma shouted on you"..She wiped her tears and said," it's nothing new to me Aadi, I am used to it"..But mom, what happened back then?? Why does grandma hate Sanjana's family so much??? I asked..My mom sighed, and started telling me what happened back then... *** Flash back****Your dad and Manoj ( Sanjana's father) were close friends.. They attended the same school and college together..Me, Rekha( Sanjana's mom) and Meera( Aditya's aunt ), were classmates in college and soon we became best friends..we were juniors to Manoj and Vinod...We met them  because of Meera.. After the degree exams ,your father proposed to me and I agreed.. Later , your father got a job in a government office and Manoj  started his own business..Your father spoke to your grandparents about me .  his parents came to meet my parents and they agreed for our marriage.After marriage, Rekha used to come to meet me and Meera frequently because we all were friends.. and Even Manoj used to visit us frequently.. Your grandma  and grandpa liked Manoj very much ,  they wished to marry Meera to Manoj. one fine day, they went to speak to Manoj's parents without his knowledge about Meera and Manoj.They said, they don't have any problem, if Manoj agrees.. All were very happy.. When Manoj came to know about it, he didn't accept Meera.. he said ,he likes Rekha and wants to marry her..Even Rekha was not aware of his feelings..  He never proposed to her.. But when Manoj came to know about Meera's parents approaching his parents for marriage, he immediately went to Rekha and confessed his feelings.. Rekha was not aware that Meera's parents wanted her to marry Manoj..She agreed to Manoj's proposal.. Manoj's parents were not  against Rekha, they wanted their son to be happy and Rekha got married to him..When your grandma got to know that Manoj married Rekha, she lost her senses.. She didn't allow Rekha nor Manoj to come to our house.But this didn't affect Vinod  and Manoj's friendship.. They remained friends..Later, Your grandma decided to marry Meera to a well settled guy, but what we came to know later was ,Meera had feelings for Manoj right from the beginning ,but she never expressed it.. When the marriage proposal was brought to her, she rejected and didn't marry anyone.She clearly said, she will remain single throughout her life and can't imagine life with another person..forcefully ,when your grandparents arranged an engagement for her, she jumped into the well to kill herself, but luckily your dad jumped in and saved her.Thereafter ,no one proposed about her Marriage.. Seeing her daughter single, Your grandpa couldn't bear it and died because of a heart stroke..Your grandma feels Rekha is responsible for all this, she feels she seduced Manoj and married him..she started hating Rekha and Manoj even more..Later, your father felt the salary is not enough to become successful. He wanted to start his own business, that is when Manoj helped him financially.. Even during the losses, he stood for him and  gave him moral support and later your father's business improved.. But still your grandma felt that the help Manoj rendered is nothing Infront of what they lose because of him...After expanding the business, your father and I went abroad, and that is when Manoj met with an accident  and he died ...His brother couldn't handle the  business and they were bankrupt.. So , Rekha moved from the city and started doing the job to take care of Sanjana....We searched for Rekha, but couldn't locate her..**** Flashback ends****My mom sighed and said, this all happened back then Aditya...When I saw Rekha and Sanjana a few months back ,I had an urge to make her my daughter in law.. I always wanted to talk to you about this..But, just now, when you said, you love Sanjana, I was very happy dear.. She sighed again and said, " it's not easy to convince your grandma, but we will try Aadi", I will not let you lose your love.. I am with you.. ""She patted my shoulder and left..Whatever happens, I will not leave Sanjana , I said to myself....I went to my room, and noticed that my phone was switched off....I put it on charge and went to the bathroom to take a bath....When I came out, I felt the way I behaved with Sanjana was not correct.. I should not be angry with her.. it's my mistake, I should apologise to her, I thought of calling her, but the time was already 12:00 am in the night.. It's midnight, I didn't want to disturb her, so I opened her Pic and said, "Sanjana, it's not easy to get you, but no matter what , I promise, I will marry you and only you.. "Love you sweetheart, love you very much and sorry for hurting you..
