Are you also going to pick up your girlfriend later?”

Carsen was a third–generation official, a true high–ranking official’s child. Darryl subconsciously assumed that the girl he was interested in was of the same social status as him.

Carsen hadn’t answered yet, but Darryl went on to say, “I recently saw the Wright family member, she just came back from studying abroad, and she looks so beautiful, don’t you think it’s her?”

However, Carsen shook his head, “Just an ordinary female college student.”

“What?” Darryl asked in disbelief, his voice filled with hesitation, “Just an ordinary female college student?”

Lennon’s reaction was quite casual, he just glanced at Carsen indifferently and asked, “Can your family agree?”

Carsen blew smoke rings and said in a flat tone, “What’s there to disagree about when we’re just talking and not getting married?”

Darryl clicked his tongue twice and shook his head, “Why are you dating a college girl? Aren’t you afraid it won’t work out in the end?”

Carsen smiled indifferently, looking carefree.“What’s the big deal? I’ll just buy a couple of packs and spend some money. If I don’t want to see her, she can still see me?”

Darryl touched his chin and said, “That’s true.”

People of this social class, if they are not willing, ordinary people in general would probably never have the chance to come into contact with them in their lifetime.

Lennon drew a card, his gaze sweeping over Carsen, and he said nonchalantly, “Aren’t you afraid of facing consequences for toying with other girls‘ emotions like this?”
