Chapter 30 Missing
Raviâs perspective:
I was practicing my gun in the gun-room when I was interrupted by Ivan. I put the gun down and took off my earmuff.
âBoss, Irina and Daniel were in a car accident. Daniel was injured, and Irina is missing.â âMissing?â I could barely keep my voice down. âYes. Irinaâs phone was left in Danielâs car, so thereâs no way to track her location. Roy has hacked into the city roadâs surveillance system and is checking the surveillance footage of the road.â
I quickly went downstairs to find Roy. He was checking the road surveillance with his men.
âThese two black cars hit Danielâs car. It looks like they did it on purpose,â Roy said to me while pointing at the screen. âCheck this car.â
âIâve checked. Itâs a fake car plate.â âThis isnât a car accident. Itâs kidnapping!!â I gritted my teeth.
âThere was also this car,â Roy said while pointing at another black car. âThis car took Irina away quickly.â
âThis car also has a fake car plate, right?â
âYes.â
âF*ck, who the hell kidnapped Irina?!!!â I could barely control my voice as I punched the table.
âBoss.â Daniel pushed open the door with wounds all over his face.
âDaniel, what the hell is going on?â
âAt first, a car followed us, but it lost us. I didnât expect them to have Plan B. I was negligent.â
âSince it wasnât a simple car accident, and the other partyâs target is Irina, we have to figure out what benefits the other party can gain by spending so much effort to kidnap Irina.â Ivanâs words reminded me.
Just yesterday, I had received the news that the head of Diaz Mafia had passed away, and Irina was kidnapped today. These two things must be related. The only person who would kidnap Irina at all costs was her bastard brother, Raul. It had to be him.
âKeep track of the car that kidnapped Irina and see where it went.â I turned toward the door. âYou guys come with me.â I led the way to the gun room and picked out a few guns to bring with me. I even brought a few snipers with me so we could be ready to attack Raul at any moment.

We reached the manor where Raul lived in Philadelphia. I thought about how this was where Irina had once lived. On the way to Philadelphia, we had planned our battle strategy and what to do in case there was an emergency. I had never fought a battle I wasnât confident in winning. This time was the same, even though I was more anxious than ever.
We laid in ambush around Raulâs home and monitored them closely. There were no suitable high points within the range of the sniper rifle we brought. The sniper could not ambush them in advance, so we could only squat and observe their movements.
About an hour later, a dozen police cars arrived with sirens blaring. They surrounded Raulâs villa. The armed FBI agents broke in. They thought there would be a fierce battle, but after ten minutes, Raul and a few others were brought out in handcuffs by the FBI. He had a sly smile on his face and looked back at the door he had just walked out of.
A woman walked out the door. It was Sara, Irinaâs mother.
Shit, Raul had been taken away by the FBI. Who else knew where Irina was?
I immediately contacted the undercover mole I had planted in the FBI to see if there was any way to get Raul to tell me where he hid Irina.
Suddenly, Sara appeared in front of our car.
I opened the car door and got out.
âRavi, why are you here? Is Cecilia here too?â
âShe was kidnapped.â
When Sara heard this, she paused and then said, âSon of a b*tch! Itâs Raul. It must be him. He wants to use Cecilia to threaten me.â
âI think so too, but we donât have a chance to ask him in person. Do you have a plan?â.
âYes.â Sara turned on her phoneâs GPS, and I saw a blinking red dot on the map. âIrina should be here.â
âYou implanted a tracker in her?â
âYes, I did so when I found out she was going to be forced to marry into the Rich Mafia.â
âThank you very much, Sara.â
âI should thank you, Ravi. Hurry up and save my daughter.â
âOkay. Donât worry.â
