Han Xue looked shocked after she heard the policemanâs words and rose to her feet in agitation.
âWhat are you saying? Do you really suspect me ofâ¦â Han Xueâs face was flushed and her heart raced because she was nervous and agitated.
The policeman immediately gestured for her to sit down.

This was the only way she could conceal her terror and anxiety.

Han Xue immediately picked up her bag and walked out of the police station. She didnât know that the two policemen looked at each other after she left.

She didnât know how else she could express her feelings. She wanted to be with her two children and couldnât wait to take back custody of her children.
âYouâre welcome,â Ms. He said with a smile. âThis is my job. Ms. He, donât worry. I will do my best to ensure that you would win custody of your children.â
âHowever, my ex-husbands might notâ¦â
âDonât worry,â Ms. He said with a smile. âYou donât need to worry about that. I will win the case on your behalf and Iâm sure that Su Ye has already pulled some connections from his end as well, so your worries are unfounded.â
Ms. He could tell what she was worried about but she had only agreed to take on this case because she was absolutely sure that she would win this case. After all, her reputation was very important to her, so she wouldnât take on cases that she couldnât win.

âOh yes, Ms. He, have you prepared the materials that Iâve requested? This also includes your gynecological records from the Shen City hospital,â Ms. He asked.
