TL: Zimmings
Early that morning, all of us and Taylor traveled to our mansion via a long-distance teleportation.
Even though it was early in the morning, the mansion was brightly lit. As soon as we showed up, the servants who were roaming the courtyard shouted, âLady, master!â
âYou came back safelyâ¦Taylor?â
Nos, who was the first to run out of the crowd, looked relieved, then looked at Taylor standing behind me and hardened.
Taylor said with a smile.
âYou still have that f*cking expression, Eugene Nos.â
ââ¦â¦.â
Nosâ expression, who was usually friendly, turned cold.
âWe have prepared a place for you to stay in the annex.
âThere must be a room I could use on the second floor of the main building.â
âThat is a space for direct descendants. It may have been your room in the early days, but not now.â
âSo Javelin is the daughter of Theodore? Thatâs amazing.â
Taylor smiled and pointed out that my aunt, who was not his direct descendant, was living in the main house.
âDonât be sarcastic.â
My aunt, who came down from the second floor, said as she covered my brothers and me behind her back.
âLong time no see, sister. You seem to have gotten along quite well with Theodore. Even though before you cursed Theodore who couldnât protect his wife and the youngest child.â
âAt least I have more sibling affection than you.â
âIâm sure Theodore, you, and I are blood-related. So where is this siblings affection for me?â
âHe didnât cut peopleâs stomachs and sample the intestines for personal desire. I have no intention of arguing with you any more, so please go to a separate building.â
âWell, thatâs good. I didnât really want to stay in the main building. I also like the separate building.â
âYou are still skillful in making others annoyed. Now get out of the way. Donât harass my nephews and niece.â
My aunt didnât seem very pleased with us getting involved with Taylor.
He had a history of poisoning his siblings, so she didnât seem to think that we would be safe. Nos also seemed to be hostile because of it. Taylor turned his back as he went to the separate building, and I quickly grabbed the hem of my auntâs cardigan.
âAunt, aunt.â
My aunt moved her gaze to me. It was a very different kind of look from when she looked at Taylor.
âYes.â
âDonât send him to a seperate building.â
âLeblaine, Taylor is not worthy of your kindness-â
âHe might be planning to run away, so put him next to me, Iâll watch him.â
ââ¦â¦.â
Aunt blinked her eyes. It wasnât that I felt pity, it was because I needed to watch him. I nodded my head resolutely.
Taylor Dubblede is a master in escaping.
In my first life, when my brothers briefly released him to treat Mina, he gave them a rough prescription and ran away.
âWell, the medicine worked so well that Mina woke up. However, there was an aftereffect.â
Henry and Isaac, who were heated by it, searched the empire, but I didnât hear that he was caught even until I died.
âHe could never run away. So, until I go to the Imperial Palace, in the room next to me⦠it must be in the room next to my dad. No, no, Iâll put a chair in my dadâs roomâ¦â
âOne room with himâ¦â
No matter how good Taylor is, he will never run away if heâs with my father.
Aunt and Nos exchanged glances and nodded their heads.
âIf thatâs the case, he canât do any harm to the young lady and the masters.â
âYes.â
My dad didnât care about it unless we are in danger.

Taylor was dragged by Leblaine to Theodoreâs office. It has been a long time since they saw each other.
Siblings were ranked according to the status of their mothers. Those who had a noble mother reigned over dozens of brothers. The children of a mother with no title could not even share a meal with those who were born to mothers with noble titles, so what about Taylor, who was born to a foreign slave?
Theodoreâs situation was no less than Taylor. He was born from a commoner mother who had been sold due to her fatherâs gambling debt.
Having a child for money is no different from a prostitute. The brothers always mocked Theodoreâs mother, who died shortly after giving birth. Still, Theodore never gave up. Even when he could only sleep in the stable due to his brotherâs scheme, he did not show the injustice he faced.
The other brothers called him an idiot, but Taylor had a different idea.
âItâs not that he doesnât have pride, heâs terribly arrogant. He doesnât treat them like people. Itâs like he doesnât feel resentful by the fact that he was humiliated by a pet.â
Those eyes canât fool him.
Theodore was just holding back. Waiting for a chance to put the blade in front of his ancestors and siblings.
Theodore, who had grown older and had three children, was still arrogant.
âLong time no see, brother.â
Look, those eyes that still look at him like trash.
Theodore then looked at Nos and said.
âThrow him into a seperate building.â
Taylor chuckled, as if he knew he would do it.
There was no one who didnât know how stubborn Theodore is.
Once he says something, he wonât change it even if he has a knife in his throat.
He wonât give a chance for the trash to share a room with him.
The strange thing was that Javelin and Nos, who knew his temper as well as he did, showed no change in expression at all. They glanced at the little girl who looked like a chestnut. The child clung to Theodoreâs leg.
âPlease keep my uncle here.â
âThere is no way she can break her fatherâs stubbornness.â
âNoâ¦â
âDaddy~â
ââ¦â¦Huh?â
With a single word, his expression, which was like ice, suddenly changed.
âDaddy!â
âWhere did you learn that? Who taught this child nonsense?â
The corners of his lips twitched. At least, it didnât look like the person who taught her would be slapped. Maybe he would even give the person a reward.
âNo?â
ââ¦â¦Okay.â
Everyone in the room was not surprised.
The butler of the mansion had already prepared a place as if he knew he would do it. Taylor narrowed his brow and Leblaine, who was given permission, turned to Taylor.
âStay quietly in this room.â
When Taylor didnât answer, the faces of the people in the room grew grim.
âHow dare he make the lady speak twice!â
Then Taylor realized.
During the years he was imprisoned in a dungeon, Dubbledeâs power structure had been turned upside down.
That little chestnut reigned atop the pyramid of power.

I wiped a cold sweat with the back of my hand as I looked at my father, who was in the same room with Taylor.
âOkay, I got it.â
The move which Laura taught me in case of emergency had worked.
âLady, all fathers in the world will love it if you say it cutely.â
I wondered if that would really work, but Laura was right.
âHow can I use my secret skills like this?â
Now that Iâve used this move that Iâve been saving, how am I supposed to break my dadâs stubbornness next time?
I sat next to my dad, clenched my jaw in agony, and looked at the documents he was looking at and opened my eyes.
âThatâs an ancient language! Donât tell me, have you figured out the oracle?â
Johann, who was with him, speak on behalf of my father.
âOnly some parts. The security level went up, so it would be impossible to find all of it unless we are one of the 21 priests. Some words donât appear often in the Bible, so it would be difficult to interpret even in the temple.â
âBut I can read it!â
I quickly looked at the three words on the paper.
âRed, Moon, Advent?â
After hearing my words, Isaac said, âOh.â and nodded his head.
âYes, this kid can read ancient languages.â
âHmm, firstâ¦â
I was going to say, I learned it from my first life, but when I saw Taylor, my aunt, and Nos, I quickly changed my mind.
âI guess I can read because Iâm the child of fate.â
âBut what does the red moon mean?â
While contemplating, I grabbed the hem of my skirt.
âIt means that Mina will descend on the day the red moon rises?â
A red moon is a lunar eclipse that occurs every 100 years.
âThen it is the day that Mina will come.â
I do remember clearly. The day the red moon rises.
I felt dizzy as I tried to recall the details with my hands wrapped around my head.
