Ghost Love (Leo X Angie) TMNT 2007Words: 5657

A plane was coming towards New York, about to land. The wheels came down with Leo, Angie, and Skyla on one of them.

The girls were amazed by the city they had always wanted to visit. The girls held onto Leo as he jumped off and glided over the ocean. He let his hang glider out and soared.

Skyla squealed in joy as they soared through the air. They each stuck his or her hand into the water before Leo got rid of the glider and dove into the water.

Angie and Skyla held on tightly to his shell as he swam to the lair.

In the living room, Donnie and Mikey were sleeping in front of the TV.

"Dude. Dude," Mikey mumbled with a bag of crisps in his arm.

Donnie was snoring with a crisp bag on his face. He jumped and moved his arms and legs, but relaxed again.

Leo smiled at his brothers then he told Angie and Skyla to follow him. They approached Splinter's room to see him meditating. The girls were surprised to see him.

"Enter. Kneel, my son," Splinter said with his eyes closed.

Leo obeyed with Angie and Skyla following and replied. "I returned from my training, Master. I was so caught up in my own world, I forgot about everyone else. I'm sorry I failed."

"Shhhh," Splinter shushed him gently, opened a box with a medal inside and responded. "On the contrary, my son. Now you are much stronger."

He went around the table as Leo stood up.

Meanwhile, Raph was listening outside the room while Leo received the medal.

"Your strength is needed here now. You owe me no apology, but perhaps you should talk to Raphael. Your absence has been particularly difficult for him, though he'll never admit it," Splinter explained.

"I'm certain things will be back to normal in no time, Master," Leo said.

"Good. Because until you can act as one, you are forbidden to fight," Splinter laid down the law.

"Yes, Sensei," Leo replied.

He moved closer to his father and hugged him tightly.

Splinter returned the hug and whispered gently. "I have missed you, Leonardo."

"I've missed you too, Father," Leo said.

"Aww...how cute," Skyla cooed.

Splinter saw the two girls and was surprised.

"Master Splinter, these are friends I made during training," Leo explained.

"Hola, I'm Angelina, and this is my little sister, Skyla," Angie said.

"Nice to meet you, sir," Skyla added.

"Well, it is a pleasure to meet you, my dears. My name is Splinter," Splinter introduced himself, bowing his head, which the girls returned.

Then he added in a stern tone. "You both are welcome to stay here as long as you keep our location and existence secret from others."

"Yes, sir," the girls promised in unison.

"Raphael, your brother is home and has brought some friends," Splinter announced, facing the entrance.

Raph stepped in, facing his older brother, father, and the girls.

"Hey," Leo smiled warmly.

"Hey. Welcome home," Raph said like he was bored.

"Yeah. Thanks," Leo remarked.

Skyla walked up to Raph and shook his hand. "Hi, my name is Skyla. We could be friends," she said, smiling.

"Okay, I have to admit that is pretty sweet. The name's Raphael, I go by Raph," he replied.

"I'm Angelina, I go by Angie," Angie said, smiling.

"Well, I'm going to bed," Raph yawned, stretching his arms out and walking out.

Skyla ran back to Leo and took his hand, pulling him to the door. "I like him already, but I like you the most," she smiled.

Leo chuckled and knelt to her level. "Well, you'll like the other two; Donnie and Mikey."

In the living room, Raph woke up Donnie and Mikey. "Hey, Leo's back. Better say hello before he leaves again. And he's got some friends for y'all to meet," he explained harshly about Leo and a little better about Angie and Skyla.

Raph went into his room as the brothers reunited.

"What? Leo!" Donnie exclaimed in joy.

"Hey," Leo cooed, giving Donnie a noogie.

"Hey," Donnie giggled.

"Huh, Leo? Is that really you?" Mikey wondered after he jolted awake and fell off the couch.

"Yeah," Leo replied, smiling.

"I'm like dreaming, aren't I?" Mikey asked, hugging Leo tightly.

"No, Mikey, you're not dreaming," Leo replied.

"Oh good. I have nightmares about birthday parties," Mikey explained.

"And who are they?" Donnie asked.

"This is Angie and her little sister, Skyla. They're friends of mine," Leo introduced.

"Well, it's nice to meet you. I'm Donatello, but it's Donnie for short," Donnie introduced himself, shaking Angie's hand and then Skyla's.

"Sup. I'm Michelangelo, but I go by Mikey," Mikey did the same, except hugging Skyla, which she happily returned.

"You're awesome," Skyla giggled.

"Aww, thanks, little dudette," Mikey said, messing up her hair a little, which made her laugh.

"Excuse me, I may look little, but I'm not a baby. I'm 6 in a half," she said.

"6? Wow, you're basically a big girl," Mikey smiled.

"Well, it was nice meeting you guys," Angie said, smiling.

"Same," Donnie returned.

"Mikey, could you keep an eye on Skyla? At least until she has to go to bed?" Angie asked.

"Yeah. Sure, dudette," Mikey answered.

Leo led Angie to his room so they could have some alone time.

"Leo, your family is nice. I don't know why Raph didn't seem happy with your return," she admitted.

"I'm not sure either. But I'm sure he'll get better," he said.

She nodded, and he patted a spot on the bed.

Since there was only one guest bedroom, Skyla got it while Angie had to sleep in Leo's room. She didn't complain about that.

They went to sleep, but without either of them knowing, Leo wrapped his arms around her. That ought to be a sight to see when they woke up.

A/M Leo got an awesome welcome back from his family, except for Raph. How much do you wanna bet Angie can help turn this around?
