Chapter 37 Just like everyone else, Agnes whipped her head towards the door.

Everyone there was majoring in journalism and knew that Elton was the heir to their family conglomerate. He was the golden goose everyone in the entertainment industry wanted to know. His love scandals would occasionally make the entertainment news headlines, but he once cleared the air publicly, stating that he had a childhood sweetheart. Who wouldâve thought that Jenny was Eltonâs soâcalled childhood sweetheart?

At that moment, Jenny sauntered, linking arms with Elton and said, âMe, Elton, Agnes, weâve known each other since we were kids. Weâve been friends for many years.â Everyone seemed to understand now. Agnes and Jenny were close friends.
