“Mia! How dare you send us a lawyer’s letter?!” Diana said in a sharp voice, which made Charlotte frown and pull the phone away. Not until the phone quieted down she got close to Mia again. “I thought you had realized it when you signed the agreement, but it didn’t seem true.”

Diana paused momentarily and said, “Don’t think you can get rid of us just because you’ve climbed the social ladder! Believe it or not, we’ll expose you in the media and make your company unable to run!”
