Firstly, Thank you each and everyone who extended their concern and support towards me and Love Unrushed in the comment section of the previous announcement or sent me a direct message regarding the plagiarism issue which most of us authors are facing since a few days.
I am truly overwhelmed by your support, love and empathy towards us and our work. Also, I am so very proud of us authors for the loyal, supportive and empathetic tribe of readers we have created for ourselves through this platform.
And, I am extremely sorry as I couldn't reply to the comments in the previous update and to a few dms because of the chaos since yesterday.
But, I assure I have read each and every comment and dm, not once but twice. And no words could express how grateful I am for the community I have been blessed with.
Thank you so much buddies. I know this is not enough for the kind of support you've been showering me with, but this is the only thing I can do right now, for all the information, links, messages, posts you've shared to help us out regarding this issue.
Now, a little description of what I have done till now regarding the plagiarism issue,
1. Submitted a support ticket through Wattpad support page regarding copyright infringement of my work (Only against novelhd as teenfic is down currently).
2. Submitted an abuse form with cloudfare under the category 'copyright infringement and dmca violations'.
3. Rated my story 1 on novelhd, so that they assume that this story is not liked by readers.
(Teenfic was malicious, but I am not sure about novelhd, because normally when sites are prone to virus, then when we click on one link, some unrelated link opens up and so on (This doesn't happen with Novelhd)).
Also, some other writer's work was taken down from novelhd because mass readers rated the writer's story on novelhd as 1 so that a negative impression is created regarding the work of that person, thus making novelhd remove the story because of lack of engagement and positive reviews. Because, the better the story works there, the more they'll earn.
4. I have temporarily taken down the chapters of my story, except the first five.
And in these first five chapters too, I have added a photograph randomly in between the chapter.

Because, while copying, the media in the update is also copied, and hopefully if any site(such as teenfic who mirrors wattpad) would copy, this image will also be presented there, thus informing any reader of the illicit plagiarism by the site.
5. I have sent a gmail to the below mentioned e-mail addresses, writers and readers do spam these morons who are hosting a site like novelhd.
6. Signed the petition to take down both novelhd and teenfic.
7. Marked my story mature as novelhd do not plagiarise mature stories.
(Ps. I did not file a complaint with DMCA, because your author can't afford the costly fees involved.)

Now, coming to the most asked questions, and most given suggestions,
A. Will I discontinue Love Unrushed!?
â¢â¢ No. I can't do this to you as well as to me.
B. Is this book on hold for now, as I unpublished a few chapters?
â¢â¢ I won't say hold, because I am yet to think of a workable solution.
Honestly, I am in crossroads right now, because this way or that, my work will be there on Novelhd until this site is taken down or they remove my book.
Moreover, if I delete/ unpublish my book from this platform, then again it's going to be on novelhd with no conformity that I am the actual owner of this work, because again, when my work is not on Wattpad how can I claim that the work on novelhd is originally and ethically mine?
C. A lot of readers suggested me to move to dreame, radish etc, where I can earn money as well as the readers can read the update by earning some coins.
â¢â¢ I liked the idea, but I have been a reader once, and I have gone through this when one of my favourite story moved to dreame.
At that time, I made countless accounts just to gather coins and read updates, but still I was not able to read the story in full, thus leading to disappointment on my end to have not known the end of the story. Also, there was a lack of engagement I felt reading on another platform than wattpad.
Hence said, if I move to dreame/radish/any other site, I am bound to lose my loyal readers, who have been nothing but supportive, patient and appreciative.
I don't have the guts to keep you hanging in between, when you all have been patiently waiting for reading what's next in the story of our Adi and Rii.
Also, I write for you people only, you all are my ultimate reason and motivation to write. From your votes to comments to your heartwarming dms, all this won't be the same at other platforms. So I don't think so I would be benefited much moving to other platform when I won't be able to engage with you all. (Because, truth to be told , the interface of wattpad is the best of all, that makes readers read and comment.)
D. Publish on Kindle.
â¢â¢ This is another good solution and I am also thinking of this.
But,
Aditya and Riya's story is still incomplete, hence, I don't have the heart to keep writing the story in my notes, edit my work and then publish it on kindle, and then ask you for money when I have not even provided you with a complete story, the same story you all have been investing your time and feelings in, since a year.
The kind of love you've given to Love Unrushed, I can't imagine in my wildest dreams to deprive you all of a complete story by not updating and later ask you for money in return of a complete story on kindle.
I might publish on Kindle, but only after I give you all a proper ending of Aditya and Riya's story of Love Unrushed.
I don't want to live in regret for making you people spend (waste) your time on something which will always be incomplete in your minds, because again, I know not all people would be able to afford buying an ebook on kindle.
Hence said, if it was for me only, I might have discontinued this story right away, posted an announcement regarding the discontinuation or moving to other platform or publishing on kindle.
But, the only thing that is stopping me is you all, as I do not want any of you to suffer because of the deeds of the other.
And maybe this is the reason why, I am still figuring out a solution, so that neither you nor me suffers and all our interests are respected and taken consideration of.

Lastly, a humble request to a few readers who have been asking me about the next update, even after I posted the plagiarism announcement.
Please be a little empathetic for the difficult time in others life, and if after reading a note regarding plagiarism in the previous update couldn't refrain you from asking when will be the next update, then for sure we authors are mere update machines for you, nothing else, no strings attached.

Not everyone's life is rosy behind the words, hence the least you could do is to appreciate the efforts of someone or stay silent atleast after reading about the difficult time in a person's life.
We are much more than update machines, and we sure are Humans, who need time and brain and peace to write anything worthy and constructive. We can't write romance or fun or anything for that matter when we are ourselves surrounded by a hundred different conflicting issues.
