Chapter One Hundred Thirty-Three
Alpha Blake
I pulled up to the border gates of the Crimson Lake pack. I had Luca and Aiden in my truck while Walter had the boys with him in his truck following behind us. My hands ached as I unclenched the steering wheel. My gamma, Connor was getting men ready to head out and they shouldnât be that far behind us.
Ryley has been missing for a few hours now and I canât feel her. Whoever has her must have put silver on her and I donât want to think about what it is doing to our unborn pup. Itâs bad enough that she had silver on her for a month, and now this. I just pray her wolf is strong enough to keep them both safe.
Knuckled against the driverâs side window forced me from my
thoughts. I pushed open my door, hitting the warrior standing there wanting to talk to me. I was an intimidating person and would use it to get what I needed out of these warriors.
âAlpha Darius,â I growled. Both warriors took a step back, which was smart. Gunner wanted to shift and rip through the pack looking for our
mate.
âAnd who are you?â One stammered. I didnât realize I had taken a step towards the punk until Luca stepped in front of me.
âAlpha Blake Orion,â He answered him. Both blanched before looking
at each other.
âJust one sec,â the other one said.
My body vibrated as I waited for them to say something, anything. Itâs been too long now and I canât feel her. My skin rippled with the need to shift.
âBlake, I know you need to find her. We are all worried and I wouldnât tell you to calm down if it,â he trailed off as a convoy of trucks sped up to the gate from inside the pack.
A man got out of one of the trucks, before rushing over to speak to the warriors at the gate. I watched him, intently, trying to place where Iâd seen him before. He looked familiar but I donât know why. I donât have any dealings with the Crimson Lake pack.
âAlpha Orion, is there something I can help you with?â The man asked as he approached me and my Beta.
âWhere the f*ck is you alpha?â I spat out, I clenched my fists ready to punch this f*cker in the face. Iâm not here to play games.
âIâm not at liberty to say, Alpha Blake. We have been called into Evergreen as reinforcements. My blood ran cold at the mention of Ryleyâs exâs pack.
âReinforcements, for what?â Luca questioned him. My mind was racing and I couldnât get the words out. He had to be a part of this. Heâ s the only one who would benefit from getting Ryley.
âHe knows sheâs a Luna wolf,â Gunner growled.
âIâm only going to say this once,â I growled, interrupting my beta and this a s s h a t.
âYou step foot in that pack and I will rip you and your army apart,â I
threatened.
âAlpha, this doesnât have anything to do with the Orion pack,â he

retorted, but I ignored him. The longer I stay here to argue with him, the longer that f*cker has my mate.
âCall Connor and devort the men to the Evergreen pack,â I ordered Luca, before rushing to the driverâs side of my truck.
âAlpha Blake, you have no right to interfere in a direct order from our alpha.â he yelled. The growl that left my chest had the area deadly quiet as I turned on my heel and approached him. He blanched as the full weight of my aura hit him.
âIf anything happens to my Luna, I will rip this pack and Evergreen apart, and not even the council will be able to stop me. Is your piece of shit alpha someone you want to die for today? Because I promise you wonât be leaving Evergreen in one piece,â his Adam apple bobb e d as I gritted out the words. He nodded before I turned back and walked towards my truck again.
âAlpha. I have a brother in Evergreen.â he stammered. I turned to look
at him.
âThen you better pray he isnât involved in the kidnapping of my Luna.â I climb e d in behind the wheel. My truck roared to life before I turned around and sped away from the Crimson Lake pack. Walter and the boys followed closely behind me.
âBlake, we should have locked down that pack. They could warn Evergreen about our arrival,â Aiden exclaimed from the backseat
âLet them. Nothing they have will stop Gunner and we donât have time.â I told him.
âI think he will call the gamma.â Luca chimed in and it clicked.
âThatâs his brother.â I breathed out. I should have felt guilty about what I was about to do, but I didnât. His alpha took something of mine and I

was going to kill anyone who knew. He should have stopped his alpha if he didnât want to die by my claws.
âBlake, we need a plan. The warriors are about ten minutes out.â Luca said as I sped down the highway as fast as I could. We still had about thirty minutes.
âIâm going to rip the pack apart until I find her. She is carrying my child. Luca, and I canât feel her. âMy body shook with a fear I have only felt once in my life. The day I lost Mia. I canât lose another mate. I wonât be able to live if I lose Ryley and our child.
âBlake, we will find them,â Luca clasped my shoulder pulling me from my wicked thoughts.
âYouâre right, we will. Even if I have to rip every pack apart including the council. I will find her.â
