Chapter 1729: Chapter 1434 – Master’s Aura

The five Darkness True Saints stood around the palace of Transcendent Peak. A thick layer of darkness emanated before them and their hearts were filled with killing intent. Yet, they could not help being surprised and even in slight admiration of Qin Yu.

The ninth disciple of the Peach Garden, Qin Yu, was truly strong. Despite having five True Saints standing before him with the Eye of Eternal Night, he could not be killed directly. This was shocking and unbelievable.

The Eye of Eternal Night grunted slightly, seemingly catching on to what Qin Yu purposely wanted to tell him via the strong wave of consciousness.

He finally closed his eyes and Qin Yu raised his hands. With a thought, an illusion appeared above his head. It was bright and dazzling.

At that point, Qin Yu was focused on calling the Ruler and he did not sense that at the same time as the Sun Moon Illusion appeared, darkness covered him. Suddenly, he jumped as though he caught sight of something terrifying.

He threw the bait out and he could not reveal his feelings. Otherwise, he would be mocked for acting so obnoxiously.

One breath, two breaths, three breaths…right as Qin Yu was feeling anxious, a very impatient voice came, “You are pretty useless aren’t you?”

Qin Yu’s lips twitched. Before he could say anything, a figure appeared in front of him and dropped to its knees, “Blacky greets Master!”

His voice was choked with tears and he was overwhelmed by emotion. This was the first time Qin Yu witnessed someone being so emotional with just a single sentence.

“Master, please allow me to follow you by your side in the future. I will swear on my soul to serve you!”

Qin Yu cringed at his passionate words. The Eye of Eternal Night must have been a blindly loyal disciple of that woman in the past.

As though he sensed Qin Yu’s thoughts, the Eye of Eternal Night’s body swivelled around and he gave Qin Yu a deathly glare. However, something jumped into his head and he quickly looked down again. “Master, he…he…”

“Like you thought, I am old and my foresight isn’t as good. So I settled.” She made a simple comment that showed that she was not interested in explaining further. She calmly said, “Since you are here, then I won’t have to wipe his ass anymore.”

She yawned lazily and turned to leave. Suddenly, a thought jumped into her mind and she said, “Qin Yu will be helping me with something soon. You should have a way to bring him into the West Desolate safely right?”

The Eye of Eternal Night was so agitated his body started to shake from excitement. He exclaimed, “Don’t worry Master, I will make sure all your wishes come true!”

“Very good, then I will go now.” With that, she turned and left.

Woosh woosh –

After a few moments, the Sun Moon illusion disappeared.

Qin Yu’s mouth twitched. The Ruler really did not have a big heart.

“Hmph! ...Although you are…but for Master, you better be respectful to her!” The Eye of Eternal Night frowned and his tone turned hostile again as he warned Qin Yu.

The Eye of Eternal Night jumped and he reluctantly said, “That comes into effect from now onwards.”

Qin Yu glanced at him. Although he did not get the information he wanted, he was glad to have obtained a guarantee of protection.

“The pathway to enter the southwest fragmented area is restricted for True Saints and beyond. Hence, the World of Darkness was created as a temporary measure for the strong to prepare against the unexpected.”

Qin Yu frowned, “Is that all?”

The Eye of Eternal Night replied, “The World of Darkness is a frontline and the West Desolate has constantly been using it to investigate how to transform the pathway to allow True Saints and beyond to go through it. However, this has been really difficult and not much progress has been made in this area.”

Qin Yu’s heart trembled. Thank goodness that the West Desolate had not been successful. If True Saints could come to the Vast Brightness World, they would annihilate all the superpowers in it. Not to mention Half-Kings who were stronger than True Saints, and even stronger existences beyond them!

Eye of Eternal Night frowned, “Your mission involves a Half-King?”

The Eye of Eternal Night lightly answered, “You can just change your appearance and aura.”
