"Ow!" Hunter laughs, clenching the side of his well-built jaw with his muscular hands.  There was a print where my foot had made contact with his face. He was lying on the ground - smirking. His eyes turning black as the smirk on his face grew bigger as I stood above him.

He stood up properly and made me feel tiny again, literally I was 5"10 and feeling small was impossible except when I was around him or his father.

Hunter must've been like 6"5, maybe taller.

Out of know-where he pounced at me. Knocking me straight of off my feet and right into the cold, dull earth beneath me. I was laughing incredibly hard the entire time, not even realising he was completely on top of me until his sea-blue eyes were right in my face.

He had both of my arms pinned down and he was on his knees with one leg at either side of my body. The grin on his face was so wide I worried he'd rip his face. I took note of the way he was struggling to keep eye contact with me, and not let his eyes wonder downwards, to my sports bra.

If he did however, he'd probably have to look for a few teeth in the dirt.

Slowly, he leaned in forward - smiling as he did so as his face crept closer to mine, I hung cower as his eyes were watching my lips. Hunter regretted it however, instead he was greeted with my forehead.

Yes...I head-butted him, not my proudest moment, but hey it's not like my enemy would try to kiss me.

I laughed at this, I'd caught him completely off guard and he moaned in pain and fell to the side. Both large hands clutching his head in which a small purple mark had began to form.

"Your head is more solid than a rock!" He shouted, his voice slightly muffled from his hands being in his face. I lay back down, my body against the ground as my chest was rising furiously as laughter erupted from me. I swear I must've looked like a child.

"You- you totally." I couldn't continue, the urge to laugh was to much. He was staring at me, half annoyed- half laughing himself, trying to contain his signature grin.

I sat up, completely satisfied with myself after laughing so hard. It didn't last long, all I needed to do was look at Hunters face before being sent into laughing in a fit again. Once I'd managed to stop, I pulled him up into his feet easily and gave him a sympathetic look.

"Sorry..." I mumbled, looking down at my feet. "For putting me on my ass?" He laughed, placing his arms on mine, my face lit up.

"Maybe it will be you looking out for me." He laughed, shoving me backwards unexpectedly, I managed to regain my balance and I immediately did the same before punching him in the chest and kicking him again.

Now, it was almost completely dark due to Winter now arriving.

Us fortunately being wolves - we could see easily enough in the dark, as long as there was some sort of source. like the moon for example. It also seemed that I was a lot more immune to the cold, obviously fighting with Hunter helped.

"Are you ever planning on giving me an answer?" He asked, attempting to kick me but failing due to my dodge.

"An-answer to what?" I responded anxiously, avoiding his kick and attempting to punch him. I could tell hunter was going easy on me but over the past week we'd been sneaking out, he got rougher and rougher With me, making it a lot harder for me to put him in his place -obviously, I still won.

"Are-you-you going to accept me as your m-mate?" He asked, swallowing hard as his Adams's apple nodded up and down his throat, I was mesmerised by it.

I paused, remembering what he was asking.

He was bringing this up again.

"Hunter.... I don't know just yet, it's nothing personal but I looked into it and I just don't know yet." I smiled, I didn't want to turn him down but at the same time I didn't want to accept it not fully understanding what it was. I was still getting used to being a werewolf.

He looked stuck, like he wanted to support me but at the same time didn't because of the fear that I would reject him. That's why I liked him, he always put my needs first before his. Take that Damon Salvatore.

"Oh-okay, just give me a heads up when you do." He smiled at me, the hurt in his big, blue eyes showing as clear as day, I watched as he tried to push his feeling away, to hide them and continue training.

I stopped fighting him and just looked at him, he was confused by this and just looked at me strangely. I just stared at him, taking in the sight of the boy in front of me. He didn't know it yet, but he meant as much to me as I did to him. I just wasn't confident enough to actually do anything about it.

But he doesn't need to know that just yet.

I suddenly woke from my daydream when I received a punch to the face. I'm sure you can guess who from.

I practically screamed, holding my nose which hurt - like, alot. Hunter straight after,  was right by my side, literally touching me all over to see if I was okay, acting like a mother tending to an injured infant.

"I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean it!" He panicked, holding me close. I was now on the cold ground for the fourth time, holding my nose which was broken and sore with sticky blood oozing out.

"Is your hand a rock?" I laughed at him, and he relaxed more, chuckling lightly to himself. "At least I didn't faint!" He responded which sent both of us into a frenzy of laughter.

"Only you Cecelia Lake." He laughed, helping me to my feet. I took away my hands and looked at Hunter who was staring at me weirdly, I felt strange as my hands seemed to be strangely red.

My stomach turned at the thought of a messed up looking nose and I began to panic at how stupid I probably looked.

"How bad is it?" I pretty much shouted into the darkness where he was standing.

"Not bad at all....literally."

"What?" I squealed, slightly higher-pitched than anticipated. "Cece.....there's nothing there, honestly your nose is fine." He spoke, completely amazed as he gently grazed my nose with his finger. I ignored the strange feeling that appeared in my stomach from his touch.

"Sh*t.... Did you heal it yourself?" He asked me, looking at my hands and touching them lightly. I was going insane at his every touch.

There's that electricity again.

Hesitantly, I pulled them from him slowly and examined them myself, somehow I'd managed to forget I was the princess of all Wolves, the heir to the throne and to top it, I had Literal superpowers. What. Is. Happening.

I brushed it all off and again went to hit Hunter, he avoided it - barely.

I then again went to hit him and tripped over my own feet, I closed my eyes as I expected to make impact with the ground. I knew from the way I was falling that if was going to hurt, probably a lot.

Instead I landed on something soft and warm. One at a time I opened my eyes and saw the boy with blue eyes staring back at me with a seductive look on his face.

Cheese on ice-cream.

I was literally on top of Hunter and his well-muscled chest, and both of us were breathing heavily. Not saying a word to each other but Instead staring at each eyes not knowing what to do or how to react.

Slowly I shifted to get up, and instead I felt Hunters arms grab me softly. He didn't want me to get up. He wanted me to stay exactly where I was - and I didn't want to complain, because deep down I knew that I wanted to be here too.

His eyes became black once again, and I couldn't help but stare deeper into them - not realising how far forward I was until my face was right in front of his. He swallowed heavily and I could feel his breathing increasing with every sharp second.

He wouldn't remove his eyes from my lips, we were so close and his cool breathe was hitting off of my face as we stayed silent.

Quickly and effortlessly he lifted his chin to close the little space between our lips and I closed my eyes as they made impact with his full, soft lips - he moaned as I did so, the electricity was everywhere and I needed to feel him everywhere that I could.

It was as if we were each other's oxygen, the rougher it got - the better I could breathe. He sat up sharply with me straddled on his waist and began pulling off his t-shirt as his lips made their way to my neck, his hands roaming my back and making their way southwards.

So yeah, here I was.

Making out with Hunter on the ground, in the dark. Actually enjoying it, loving it actually.

And guess who decided to stop by at this particular moment.

"Excuse me?" A voice entered our ears. Quickly we stopped, and I opened my eyes to see a very mad Em staring at me, arms crossed and feet stomping.

She was like that one strict teacher in a school that looked angry when you did the stupidest thing, and yet I was stuck with her as my best friend.

"Sorry to interrupt....." She began, and as her best friend I knew exactly what has coming.

"BUT WHAT THE ACTUAL CHIZ ARE YOU DOING?" She screamed at us as Hunter pulled down his shirt which was half way off of him.

Did I love what I saw? - Heck Yes. His abs were the definition of perfect. I Almost burst out laughing, until I saw her fist trembling with anger.

"Woah - Em calm down...." I assured her, getting up to stand next to her. Hunter pulled himself up from the ground and stared at me worriedly. I'd never seen Em so angry and that scared me, but what scared me more was I didn't know what she was capable of.

"What.....what the heck are you doing out here with him." She spat at Hunter, who got offended easily. Already she was calmer now.

"What?" I questioned, confused, what was wrong with being out here with Hunter.

"DO YOU REALISE HOW EASY IT WOULD BE FOR SOMEONE TO STEAL HER RIGHT NOW?" Em boomed at him and his head went downwards, I was only seeing a glimpse of Em's power and it was scaring me.

"All that's needed is for someone to take her and she's dead!" Em screamed, now I was getting worried - no one mentioned death to me at any point. Pretty sure I should've been informed of my possible death.

"I'm sorry." Hunter sighed," it was stupid of us, of me." He finished. This was one of those times where I wasn't getting involved, this was between Em and Hunter, I had no idea what was brewing beneath the surface.

"Come on we're going h-" she was cut off -

In the distance the loudest and most powerful howl occurred. I looked at Em wide-eyed in worry.

Another one went off - then another. Until we realised we were surrounded, panic threatened my entire body. This was one of those times when someone was right and even then, they wished they weren't.

All three of us looked at each other worry as we tried to think about what to do.

Em then nodded at Hunter as he began running with me by his side. And like the week before, she disappeared into thin air.

Hunter ran with his hand in mine as hard as he could. Finally we stopped, and I looked up at the sky and watched the large full moon that looked down at me.

"We're dead aren't we."

"Pretty much." Hunter whispered with worry, squeezing my hand.

Okay this was extremely hard for me to write, I'm facing a major writers block even though I know exactly what I want to write about, it's so annoying.

WAHEY A #CENTER MOMENT.

Question - do you think I forced their relationship too much, because I feel like there's not much Chemistry between them, but then I am the author and I know what's gonna happen in the end lol.

But no spoilers.
