When she heard the words that were spoken in a soft and purposely long tone by her, Chu Wei felt a chill in her heart. It was indeed the second personality. There was simply no way that Xiao Ji would use this kind of tone when talking to her, particularly that kind of strange look in her eyes.

“Enter the house first.” Chu Wei grabbed Ji Mo’s hands and took her inside the room.

“It’s already so late, why did you come here alone again?” Chu Wei questioned with an anxious tone, “If you want to come over in the future, you can give me a call. Don’t come here alone again. Did you bring your own phone and keys with you?”

“Isn’t Dr. Chu there? With you around, it doesn’t matter whether I bring them with me or not.”

Of course, what she said is not true. She buried the key in the flower pot placed beside the door, just to be cautious if something unexpected happened and she couldn’t find Chu Wei.

“Are you afraid of being by yourself?”

Chu Wei was still thinking of the possible reasons like whether Ji Mo had seen something not good this morning that triggered the second personality to appear again. It seemed that she didn’t hear Xiao Ji telling her about it today, or perhaps the other party forgot to mention it.

“It’s not that I’m afraid.” As of now, Ji Mo already has her body laid on Chu Wei’s bed. She even motioned for Chu Wei, “Dr. Chu, come over and sleep.”

“If you’re not afraid, how come you come here late at night?”

Chu Wei followed her and also lay down on the bed. While doing so, she asked gently.

The two of them were both lying on their sides, with two pairs of eyes facing each other. At this time, Chu Wei discovered that the second personality was, in fact, looking at her with a pair of solemn eyes, and those eyes were filled with her figure. It was not surprising though, because you told me before about your intentions and answers.” She guessed that the second personality wouldn’t let the main personality know the content of their conversation this time, so Chu Wei took this chance to share what’s inside her heart.
