Junhyuk had learned something from his duel with Gongon, that he was in the right path with his training.
Gongon was learning martial arts from Nudra. Meanwhile, Junhyuk was trying to create his own style. The two were on different roads.
Junhyuk decided to keep training while they still had time. He had two heroes teaching him, and both of them were masters of their own styles.
They taught him in different ways, but he learned from them, and with each passing day, he was getting stronger. Not only him, but his entire team was getting stronger.
While sparring with Vera, Sarangâs skills had improved. Elise could now move with ease, and she was improving as well. Her movement was based on casting speed, so it also helped her with her other powers.
Right now, Elise wasnât running. She was learning magic while meditating.
Thanks to the elf training, Eliseâs magic skills had improved. She was growing in a way entirely different form Sarang.
They focused entirely on training for that week. The heroes spent two weeks with them. There were another two before the tournament would start.
Junhyuk wanted to continue training, but Artlan and the others told him that they had to go back, so they held a farewell party.
The heroes were the leaders of their dimension, so Junhyuk prepared some special food for them.
At the same time, he couldnât continue to train in the facility. Two weeks had already gone by, and Eltor had to be scheming something while he was there.
To prepare for Eltor, he had to spend last time training and more time paying attention to the outside world. Training time was over.
Everyone drank, and Artlan said, âRight. Have you decided on a name for your swordsmanship?â
âNo. Not yet.â
Artlan scratched his chin and said, âIt depends on how you get the inspiration for it. Give it a good name.â
Halo asked, âHow about Junhyukâs Dual Swordsmanship?â
âWhat?â
Nudra took a swing and said, âYou have combined three distinct styles, so how about Triple Swordsmanship?â
âTriple combination?â
Junhyuk took a moment to think, and Vera laughed at him.
âWorried?â
âI didnât think Iâd have to think about this.â
Vera pushed his head into her bosom and said, âYouâve grown so fast, and now you have to think about what to name your swordsmanship!â
His face turned red, and he said, âI havenât completed it yet.â
âNo. Youâve reached a decent level. How about Veraâs Dual Swordsmanship?â
Artlan frowned.
âAre you joking? He learned from me. Might as well call it Artlanâs.â
Junhyuk laughed and said, âIâll name it Triple Yin Yang.â
âTriple Yin Yang?â Nudra asked.
âItâs better than a triple combo. Iâve combined all three into one.â
âTriple Yin Yang.â Nudra smiled and patted his shoulder, saying, âIt sounds good. Yin Yang means harmony, and your swordsmanship works for both offense and defense.â
âArtlanâs would be better.â
Vera hugged Junhyuk and shouted, âHe doesnât like that!â
Artlan looked at her and asked, âWho gave Vera this drink?â
Sarang smiled awkwardly and answered, âShe wanted it, so I gave it to her.â
âShe should only be drinking wine. Sheâs drunk now, so you are responsible for her.â
âYes.â
Sarang tried to separate Vera from Junhyuk, but she resisted.
âWhat?! I wanna play with Junhyuk!â
âPlay with me.â
âReally?â
Vera hugged Sarang then, and Junhyuk sighed. She was drunk, but she was happy. Diane walked up to him and caressed her butt.
âShall I stay here and play some more?â
Artlan asked, âWould that be OK?â
âShit⦠No, I have to go.â
Diane sighed and took a swig from a bottle, and Artlan scowled.
âWhy are you wasting the alcohol?â
Diane smirked and replied, âItâs really good.â
She emptied the whole bottle, visibly drunk, and Junhyuk laughed.
âI didnât think you could get drunk.â
âItâs only because Iâm drinking with people I trust.â
Artlan smiled and added, âShe canât get drunk once she returns, so she does it here.â
Vera was dancing with Sarang, and Diane was caressing his butt.
Artlan drank like a whale, and Nudra and Halo did as well. No matter how much they drank, though, none of them got drunk. Junhyuk was relieved to see that.
He had no clue of what could happen if those three got drunk.
It was time to end the party. Artlan, Halo and Nudra were still sober, but Junhyuk had fallen asleep.
Artlan looked at him. He hadnât slept for two weeks. Artlan and Halo had instructed him, and Artlan wasnât sure if Triple Yin Yang was a good name for his style, but Junhyuk had managed to combine the three sword styles into one.
Junhyuk had fought in the Dimensional Battlefield and died many times, and that time and experience had made him who he was today.
Artlan finished his bottle and got up.
âAre you staying here?â
âThe drinks are all gone, so I should be going.â
The three heroes got up and looked at the two sleeping.
âWhat about them?â
âTheyâll return once they wake up.â
Artlan, Halo and Nudra left the training facility. Vera was sleeping with Sarang in her arms, and when Diane woke up, she gave her a light slap on the cheek.
Vera woke up and looked around. She caressed Sarangâs head and disappeared with Diane.
When Junhyuk got up, he looked around and asked, âDid they all leave?â
Gongon was gone as well. Scanning the room, he saw Layla getting up with messy hair.
âYou are still here.â
âIâm still drunk. Iâm not as busy as Halo.â
Junhyuk was curious about Laylaâs life in her dimension, so he decided to ask her about it, âWhat are you over there?â
âMe? I can be a day late.â Then, she asked, âHow do you cure hangovers here?â
âIâll bring you some soup. Wait here.â
Junhyuk went out and looked for a soup place. After purchasing some, he got back. The others would be surprised once they woke up to soup.
Layla took a spoonful and frowned, âIs this edible?â
âEat it. Itâll help you.â
She laughed and finished her bowl. Then, she looked at him and said, âYouâve completed your swordsmanship. Now, you just need to polish it.â
âI know. What about you?â
âI just learned it for fun, but the elfsâ techniques have really helped me. I should be able to reach the next level.â
âThe next level? Already?â
Layla hadnât been a hero for very long, but she laughed at him and said, âHow about you?â
âThe next level?â
âYou donât know just how much you have improved.â
âWellâ¦â
âWhen you first became a hero, I couldâve killed you, but now, I canât. I donât have the confidence to do it now.â
âBut you could have?â
âI spent a long time learning with my katana. I started when I was young. What about you?â
Junhyuk didnât have an answer for her. He hadnât been training that long. He had learned mostly from his experiences in the Dimensional Battlefield, but Layla had as well.
âThen, am I a genius?â
Layla laughed and said, âIn my world, Artlan and Halo had never taken an interest in a student before. You should feel good.â
Junhyuk was only joking before, so he gave her an awkward smile.
âI have some confidence now.â
They both laughed, and Layla got up.
âLetâs do well in that tournament.â
With that, Layla disappeared. Junhyuk looked at the others. Elise was yawning.
âMeeting with the heroes is always a positive experience.â
Junhyuk was pleased by what Elise had said.
Looking at him, Sarang asked, âCan I keep training here?â
âSure. Iâll go talk to Eunseo.â
âI can go all out here, right?â
âOf course! The place repairs itself.â
Elise looked at Sarang. Sarang had learned some devastating spells while Elise had learned the elfsâ techniques.
Elise grabbed Junhyukâs arm and said, âLetâs go together.â
