Lokreum walked back to his throne, leaving the unconscious Julius on the ground.
His body heaved in exhaustion.
âYou wouldnât mind enlightening us, would you Lokreum?â Kieron asked, the most serious any had seen him before.
The God that was now reduced to the third most powerful in existence, was troubled.
He was barely able to glimpse the machinations of Juliusâ newfound strengths.
He had awoken a bloodline.
That was the limit of his understanding.
He could not pierce the firewall guarding the details of the bloodline within the cosmic databaseâ¦
âHmmâ¦â Lokreum hummed, in thought.
âAlexandria. What is the most important law?â He asked, touching down on his throne and resting comfortably in his seat.
â⦠The Atomic Law? It is what grants things the ability to be. Everything is made of atoms, even the soul. Without the Atomic Law, matter would not be able to form bonds and coexist to build⦠well, anything.â Alexandria responded, unsure of herself.
âGood observation.â Lokreum nodded.
âAlas you are wrong.â He turned his gaze, letting it fall onto another.
âWhat do you think it is, Kieron?â He asked.
â⦠The Law of Organization. It is a conceptual Law, unlike the former, that brings stability to everything. It is the primogenitor of the Laws of Order and Disorder, and as you could guess, it is the organizer of existence. Itâs one of the centerpieces of all realities, and without it, reality absolutely cannot function.â Kieron answered with a raised brow.
Still, he was sure of the fact he was just as wrong as Alexandria.
ââ¦Another wonderful guess, maybe a tad bit closer.â Lokreum replied, clearing his throat right after.
âThere are two laws that can be deemed the most important. Laws that none of you have ever perceived⦠They are indeed Natural Laws, but they can also be considered something more than that.â He started.
âYou could call them, Existential Laws if you will. They are the two laws that function not on the level of reality, but on that of existence. They are powerful laws that are the centerpiece of this entire structure I call existence.â Seiya's gaze sharpened hearing Lokreumâs words, taking note of everything he was saying.
âThe Law of Existence, and the even simpler, Law! Though you could call the latter the Law of Rule if that is less confusing.â Lokreum exclaimed, throwing his hands into the air, but making sure everyone understood his words.
âThe Law of Existence is what allows things to exist within me.â He raised a hand to his chest.
âThe Law of Rule is⦠it is what grants power to laws. Without the Law, no other law would hold any power, but without the Law of Existence, The Law of Rule would not exist. They work in tandem, but The Law is simply more powerful.â He spawned constructs of the laws within his hands while he explained.

âNow that you all understand the two most powerful laws, I may explain to you another factor in what has just happened.â He snapped.
âIn the cosmic database, there is a powerful bloodline I have recently created⦠They are a special type of existence that has gone beyond laws. They are called, Ignotovians... Rule Breakers... you could all be classified as Rule Weavers if you will.â A model of strange pool of data appeared, honing in on a small nearly unnoticeable portion.
âThey have the ability to harness the law they have completely shattered, and do things no other can. I too am Ignotovian, and I have broken the Law of Limits. With the Law of Limits as my Ignotovian Trait, there is nothing that can limit me, and I can defy all limits as long as my will is strong enough, and my mind is resilient.â He smiled while listing their capabilities.
âWatch.â With a smirk, he conjured a sliver of kreus, letting it take the shape of a small ball no larger than a quarter.
âThere is a limit to the size of a ball I can create with this little kreus.â He spoke, inflating the orb to the size of a tennis ball.
âBut for me there is not.â The orb grew in size, becoming larger than a basketball rather quickly.
âTo become Ignotovian, one must either be born defying a law, or break a law in some way during their lifetime.â He continued, letting the ball reach the size of a car nearly.
Everyone could feel the sliver of kreus within the ball, yet its visage betrayed what they sensed.
Lokreum dissipated the energy and continued with his monologue.
âWhen that has happened, reality will bombard them with attacks and laws in an attempt to remove the virus.â Everyone was able to recall the scene created by Julius upon hearing Lokreumâs words.
âNow⦠Julius⦠He has actually broken multiple laws.â
Lokreum smirked.
âCountless Aeons ago, before the Ignotovians were even a thought in my mind, Julius opened a doorway to Nonexistence, and he tossed himself and his wife into it. He brought two existences, into existence, within nonexistenceâ¦â He said, pointing at the unconscious body, dragging the attention towards him.
âYou understand how that is rule breaking, donât you?â Everyone gulped.
âWell recently, he revisited this space, and he once again broke the rules by having he, and two other existences exist in nonexistence... Though this time, Ignotovians were a concept.â Sweat dripped down the face of a few, namely namely Seiya and Alexandria.
âCrazily enough, long ago, Julius was privy to the ability to control all life⦠This is another breakage of the rules... In the Law of Life, it prevents any living creature to be completely and perfectly controlled by another. Itâs simply not possible, yet Julius has the ability to do so.â Even Alexandria began to scrunch her brows in horror, only being able to imagine the power of such an ability.
âHe regained this ability just moments ago, and broke the Law of Life.â
Kieron could only shake his head.
âIn addition to this, Juliusâ wife Citemer, was one of the existences living in nonexistence. She was trapped in that space for trillions of years, living without any sort of sustenance besides the will of Julius through a special link he created.â Citemer lifted her head.
âHe denied the Law of Death's authority over her." Lokreum smirked.
"This law was broken the second he brought an entity that should be long dead, back into reality.â
Citemer had not realized she was another cause of her husbandâs newfound power.
âJulius broke three powerful Laws, and he was mauled by reality as a consequence.â Though hearing that, she winced.
The rest had no words, as no one present could truly fathom what Lokreum had just told them.

âAnd that's not even the end.â He continued right as Alexandria had prepared to speak.
âWhen he was attacked by reality, he used every inch of his power to defy itâs authority.â Lokreumâs gaze hardened, pride filling his voice.
âHe shattered the Law of Limit.â Reality trembled with his retelling of the occurrence.
âThe Law of Willpower.â The tremors increased, Lokreumâs voice becoming more frightening.
âThe Law of Organization.â A crazed smile grew on his face.
âAnd, he nearly, just nearly, collapsed THE LAW.â Lokreum was ecstatic! Showing the others how truly amazing Julius was.
âOh the beauty of it allâ¦â God mumbled, shaking his head and erasing his chaotic thoughts.
âDespite no longer being limited by laws, Julius was still limited by the bloodline itself, and was only granted the Ignotovian Trait of Existenceâ¦â He now shook his head in disappointment.
"Rather unfortunately, you can only awaken one Ignotovian Trait... You get what you get and you can't throw a fit." Lokreum sighed.
He could easily glimpse the grandeur of Juliusâ power if he was able to awaken multiple Ignotovian Traits...
âNow, Julius has become virtually omnipotent, and none of you can deny his power unless you become an Ignotovian of Law⦠or unless you come up with something even more powerful... Though I recommend not even attempting it, the chances are countless times slimmer than the chances Julius had.â
