Xavier's POV-Leaving her behind was the hardest. But finding what Letty is planning is more important. I went downstairs, I told Anita that I will order everything she wants but she will not leave the house for even a second.I ordered my men to block all the doors and keep an on every window. I called 40 more of my people to guard the area. I went to my main office. I called my men. I can not just sit and wait for Letty to do something.I entered the building where my Casino and the Bar is. My office is on the top floor of the building. As I get out of the lift, Ohio was the first to greet me. All of my men were standing alongside the corridor to my office."I want four of you to go and check who entered Isabelle's house. Make two groups, one will go to the Bar, they own. And the other will go to find more information about the person Letty is meeting today. You guys are dismissed. You have one hour to complete your works." I ordered them while walking to my office. All of them get on the work. Ohio called our inside informer there in The Eagle Gang.In time I called a decorations shop. Told them where to send the items. I ordered them to pack things according to the occasion.That one hour was the longest in my life. First, we got information on their Bar. She was not there. Then the inside informer confirmed that the person she was meeting is unknown to all. No one knows who he is and where he is now. I was waiting for the last piece of information. Then my office landline went off. I picked it up. "..." I didn't say anything."I heard you are looking for me. Then you should have come yourself. Why sent your useless puppies. I need to do everything to protect those two innocent people staying at my house.We entered the building. The women were approaching us but Ohio showed them the gun. They all backed away. Letty's guard came and took our guns. It's a normal procedure while entering a gang's main building.Well, looking at her I can understand why a brothel is the headquarter of their gang. There was nothing left to imagine. She was flaunting all her assets openly. I never judge a person from their way of clothing but seriously just looking at her is irritating me.I sat on the chair in front of her. Ohio and the others were standing behind me. She had more than 10 guards in the room."I like it." I chuckled.She frowned seeing me chuckle."What did you like? Me?" She asked."No. I like it that you are so afraid of me that you kept half of your men in here, even when I have no weapon with me. I like it. You should be afraid." I said with a smirk. By seeing her reaction I got it that I hit the spot.She pulled out her gun pointed it at me. All the man in the room got worked up but me. I know she can't do a thing to me. She knows who always has the upper hand. I smiled at her childish behavior.I was not planning on using this card just yet but I showed her a video. I gave her my phone with the video on.After a minute she looked at me with so much anger in her eyes. "Well, I was not going to play dirty but what can I do you started it first. You should not have attacked that woman. Now it's totally on you, what you want me to do with your little lover. Well, he doesn't know yet what you really do. Should I give him a wake-up call?" I told her.She was about to charge on me but obviously, that was useless. I twisted her arm behind her back and bent her on the table with a bang. She groaned from the pain. "You are stupid to think that you can ever stop me." I told her. I switched on the two-way button of my Bluetooth and ordered my men. "Now."The entrance gate of the room burst open. Before her men could understand what happened my men took them down. I freed Letty and took hold of her neck."Next time keep that in mind that who you are threatening and ordering around. Now give me the answer to what I am asking." I reminded her of who is the Boss in this country."What are you planning against that girl and who did you met today in the morning?" I asked directly."I have no plan to hurt her. She is no use to me. The attack yesterday was the revenge for the Indian deal that you stole from us." She said."Don't lie. We saw people around her house. I got the information that you are planning something. What it is then?" I asked. I don't believe her. She is the disloyal bitch who could kill her own father for her own benefit."The person I met was just the guy who took money from me. He came to return it. Why would I harm an innocent? You and I both grew up without a mother. I heard that she has a daughter. I would never let another person live without a mother." She said. I loosened my hand on her neck."You should too let her go. She is no part of the life we all live. She deserves a better life. I don't understand why are you ruining her life." She kept on saying.What did she know? I am doing everything to protect her.
