If she went to the Howard family’s home during the day when Balfour wasn’t home and Patricia was too busy taking care of the sick kid, she might have a chance to find some clues related to her mom being framed back then.

Devin truthfully replied, “Ellinor, it was Ms. Veronica. She didn’t sleep all night and cleaned up all the water and broken things on her own.

I was surprised to see everything so clean this morning, but since it’s Ms. Veronica’s first time doing housework, some details were missed. I had someone do a thorough cleaning afterward.

Veronica, afraid of being scolded by her brother in the morning, turned her fear into motivation and learned how to clean up on her own.

Ellinor was pleased, “Where is she now?”

“Ms. Veronica just went back to her room to sleep this morning: she must be very tired.”

They said they are here to pick up Ellinor.”
