Inside the Blizzard Room private suite.
This private booth was more like a huge open space, really roomy.
The light was soft, and the music was a live band performance.
People dressed to the nines, chatting and drinking.
Ellinor was weaving through the crowd, on the hunt for Belinda.
Suddenly, a girl with pastel pink hair bolted towards her, âEllinorâ¦â
Ellinor frowned, frantically checking her from head to toe for injuries, asking, âWhatâs up? You called me to come rescue you?â
Belinda seemed a bit rattled, clinging to Ellinorâs arm, pointing behind her, âItâs them! They were messing with me!â
Ellinor looked up and saw three wellâdressed young men closing in, clearly from wealthy backgrounds.
The guy on the left said, âHey, girlie, you canât just say that! You agreed to hang out with us, how can you say we were messing with you?â
The guy on the right was checking out Ellinor who just arrived, âHey! Another beauty, and this one looks wellâbehaved, I like it!â
Ellinor kept a poker face, turning to Belinda, âHow did you get mixed up with them?â
Belinda looked wronged, whispering, âI came in to find you and didnât see you, so I asked them about you! Then, they invited me to play dice, saying if I won, theyâd take me to you! Then. I lost! They gave me the choice of âdowning ten bottles of booze or kissing one of them. I didnât want to kiss them! And I was scared they might spike the drinks. They wouldnât let me leave if I didnât drinkâ¦â
Ellinor got the picture, looking at the young men, âYouâre proud of picking on a girl like this?â
âArenât you women always asking for gender equality? Regardless of gender, a loss is a loss! If you canât handle it, you shouldnât have joined in the first place!â
Ellinor looked serious, âIâll play with you!â
The man in the middle, looking at the seemingly gentle and polite Ellinor, laughed, âYou sure?â
Ellinor said with certainty, âIf I win, her loss to you guys doesnât count!â
The man in the middle raised an eyebrow, âWhat if I win?â
Ellinor looked him straight in the eye, fearless, âYou name the terms!â
The man in the middle took a couple of steps closer, whispering into her ear, âAre you still a virgin?â
Ellinor stiffened, a trace of anger on her face.
âYour reaction says youâre still a virgin!â The man in the middle laughed wickedly, pulling out a hotel room card from his pocket, handing it to Ellinor. âI want your first time!â
Belinda saw the room card, her face turning red with anger, âYouâre blatantly messing with us!â
Ellinor took the card, âAlright, letâs start!â
Belinda was taken aback, anxiously trying to stop her, âEllinor, this isnât right! I chose drinking. Donât play with them!â
At the back of Blizzard Room was a billiard room.
The young master of the Howard family said leisurely, âI have to tell you guys, I met Snow Bunny online the other day, she can even easily crack our AJ Allianceâs encryption system. Sheâs truly one of the best hackers in the world!â
Jonah pocketed a ball, âByran, you should do less pointless stuff, your father still hopes you could help your brother manage the company!â
Byran didnât care, âWith my brother around, I donât want to deal with company stuff!â
At this point, someone walked in and said, âGuys, thereâs something interesting going on outside, a girl is playing dice with three men, and sheâs betting her virginity!â
Jonah put down his pool cue, âHmm, that sounds interesting! Letâs go check it out!â
Theo was lounging on the sofa, expressionless, clearly not interested in this.
The curlyâhaired woman next to him said with a grin, âMr. Blanchet, I think I saw your niece Belinda with the girl whoâs playing dice!â
Theoâs eyebrows furrowed.
