A few days before the wedding
Jing and AiLin sat in AiLin's room together. It was only a few days before the wedding and both queens had separated them from each other till the wedding as punishment for them running away without saying anything. Kong and LiYun were in the Dragon Kingdom under lock down. AiLin looked down at his ring and played with it. Jing tried to sooth him but he felt the same way as AiLin did.
AiLin got up and headed outside to the garden and walked around alone with Jing watching to make sure he didn't do anything stupid again. AiLin's mother walked over to Jing and watched her son as well.
''Is he alright'' she asked worriedly.
Jing turned and looked at her ''No, he is not alright. He is kept away from Li as a punishment just because they wanted time away from the craziness and just wanted to be alone'' he huffed and walked off to AiLin who was sitting down near the flowers.
She stood there and watched them then sighed and walked off. She made her way to the Dragon Kingdom. The moment she entered she heard loud yelling coming from one of the palaces.
''Don't mind that, it's just LiYun throwing a fit'' the dragon queen said ''We had to chain him down. He even knocked Kong out.''
''Because the two of you choose to keep them apart'' Kong said walking up to them upset.
''I think we were a bit harsh keeping them apart as a punishment'' AiLin's mother said ''I can't stand to see Ai this upset and just listen to Li. You can't tell me that this does not hurt you as well to see your son like this.''
''It's only just a few more days'' LiYun's mother said.
AiLin's mother shook her head ''If you choose to keep Li locked up till then so be it, but I will not keep my son locked up anymore'' she said ''Just know he may come here looking for Li, what you do is up to you.'' She turned away and left.
LiYun's mother stood there and sighed ''Kong, have them let Li go'' she heard LiYun's yells getting even louder as if he was about to go into his dragon form ''She was right, it does hurt to see him this way. Go and make it fast.''
Kong nodded and ran off. When he reached LiYun he saw that almost all the guards were trying to keep LiYun tied down.
Kong ran over ''STOP!'' he shouted ''The Queen as agreed to let him go.''
They all let go of the chains at the same time. LiYun growled and took a step forward. Kong ran over to him and held his face.
''Hey calm down'' he said in a calm voice ''AiLin needs you now so go to him.''
LiYun started to breath normally again then nodded as he ran off.
AiLin's mother walked back to AiLin's garden then stood there. Jing saw her and walked over ''About before, I'm sorry Auntie'' he said softly.
''No, I was in the wrong. I want to let Ai go see Li, but it's bad'' she hung her head ''He went mad trying to leave. They ended up chaining him down with Iron chains.''
''Geez'' Jing ran his hand through his hair looking at AiLin ''He can't know about this, if he does.''
''If he does he will go mad trying to get to Li and help him'' she said.
Jing nodded in agreement. The next thing they knew they heard someone running up behind them. When they turned they saw both Kong with LiYun, who was covered in cuts and blood, following behind.
''Li dear, are you alright'' she said walking over to him and looking him up and down.
''I'm ok this is nothing'' he said smiling softly at her ''I heard if it wasn't for you coming by I might have been stuck that way till the day of the wedding. Thank you, Auntie'' he hugged her tightly.
''You shouldn't thank me, I was part of the reason this happened'' she said almost in tears.
''True, but you are also the reason I was let go'' he smiled at her again then looked up ''Where is Ai'' he asked.
Jing pointed ''The garden next to the flowers off to the right'' he said then walked over and hugged Kong tightly.
LiYun nodded and ran off to find him. He finally was able to find him sitting there going through the flowers. He stood a few feet away watching him. AiLin stood up and turned around. When he lifted his head he was shocked to see LiYun standing there.
''I see you're doing ok, Kong said you needed me so I rushed over'' LiYun said softly.
''Did he now'' AiLin didn't smile or anything he walked right past him going to his room.
LiYun turned and followed after him. AiLin pointed to a chair ''Sit, I'll get something to clean your cuts'' he went and got a rag and a bowl of water then brought it over to the table.
LiYun sat down and watched every move AiLin made. AiLin started to clean the blood off LiYun. He didn't say a word as he did. LiYun reached for AiLin's hand only to have him pull it away.
''Ai, what is wrong'' LiYun said worriedly.
AiLin growled and looked down at him ''Why did you have to go and act out like this? Could you not have waited just a few more days'' he said in a hard time ''I mean shit Li, just look at you.''
''You can't stand there and tell me it was not driving you crazy being a part like this'' he said.
''Of course it was, but I also know acting out like that isn't going to solve anything either'' he said throwing the rage in the bowel.
LiYun stood up and cupped his face with his hands softly ''You might have been able to handle being a part like that, but I'm not'' he said then pulled him into a tight hug.
AiLin clung to him and hid his face in his chest. He couldn't get enough of LiYun's smell, it was so soothing to him. LiYun laid his head on top of AiLin's ''By the way, you smell like Jing'' he said.
AiLin pushed away from him and smelled himself ''Do I'' he said then turned away ''I'll go change.''
LiYun pulled him back and took his shirt off then picked him up and carried him to the bed ''What did I say about smelling like other people'' he said in a growling like tone.
AiLin bit his lip and laughed a bit ''Sorry'' he said softly holding onto LiYun tightly.
''You're not allowed out of my sight till his smell is gone from you'' he said as he started to kiss all over him.
Wedding Day
Finally, after waiting for the wedding everyone had been looking forward to had finally arrived. Everyone was getting ready and were happy, but none were more happy than AiLin, Jing, Kong and LiYun. Both Kong and LiYun were getting ready in the dragon kingdom while Jing and AiLin were getting ready in the fox kingdom.
''Dude, how are you feeling'' LiYun asked Kong who looked nervous as hell.
''Um, I'm ok'' he said ''You?''
''Excited'' LiYun said with a smile.
''You're not scared at all'' Kong asked.
LiYun looked down at his ring and smiled more ''Nope, not one bit'' he said.
Kong looked at him and smiled as well and started to relax. LiYun's mother walked in with a smile ''It's time you two. We need to head to the Grand Palace now'' she said.
They both nodded and followed her out.
In the Fox Kingdom Jing was helping AiLin into his wedding outfit ''Have you told your mother that you want to wait a bit longer before taking over as leader of the clan?'' Jing asked as he finished buttoning AiLin's shirt.
''Yes, Li and I both talked to them at the same time'' he said smiling.
''And'' Jing asked.
AiLing looked up at him and smiled more ''They understood and were ok with it. They even said the four of us can take as much time as needed.''
Jing looked at him shocked ''All four of us'' he said.
''Yes, all four of you'' AiLin's mother said from the doorway ''The both of you look so handsome.'' She walked over and hugged them both then looked at Jing ''I am so glad AiLin has you and Kong as brothers now and I'm so glad you have Li to love you my dear son'' she said turning to AiLin.
''I'm glad to have all three of them as well'' AiLin said.
''Well it's time to go to the Grand Palace'' she said and lead the way.
Everyone was gathered at the Grand Palace waiting for the couples to arrive. The Jade Emperor stood at the top of the stairs waiting. LiYun and Kong arrived first and made their way up to the Emperor stopping at the step just below him. He smiled at them both and placed a hand on their shoulders. They smiled and bowed their heads to him as a greeting.
AiLin and Jing finally had arrived. They both made their way up to LiYun and Kong taking their hands as they reached them. Both of the queens stood on the step just below the couples and smiled. The Emperor held his hands out over each couple's head.
''Today we are here to bring together not only four clans, but four hearts as well. To the left of me are the Princes and Heirs of both Fox and Dragon Clan, AiLin and LiYun. To the right of me is the Heir of the Tiger Clan Jing and The Leader of Wolf Clan Kong. Will each couple join their hands together?''
Kong held Jing's hands tightly in his as he looked at him and smiled. LiYun held AiLin's hand in his then placed a kiss on top of the ring he had given him.
The Emperor smiled at them ''I asked everyone here as witnesses and the heavens above to help me bless these couples with a long lasting love. Shall they always stay together and shall they always be healthy.''
The Emperor walked over to Kong and Jing then wrapped a red silk ribbon around their hands and wrists ''With this I bind you two together. Stay happy and healthy. Make sure to always love each other even through hard times.''
He walked over to AiLin and LiYun and wrapped a red silk ribbon around their hands and wrists ''With this I bind you two together. Stay happy and healthy. Make sure to always love each other even through hard times.''
He moved back to his spot and once again held up his hands ''With this the ceremony is now complete. You may kiss your loved one.''
Kong pulled Jing close and kissed him hard and deep enough to make him blush. LiYun smiled at AiLin and took a step forward placing a hand on his cheek then softly kissed him. Everyone cheered and clapped as they made their way down the steps.
When they reached the bottom of the steps LiYun pulled AiLin to him and wrapped his arms around him tightly. AiLin looked up at him and smiled ''What is it'' he said.
''I just love you so much, you do know that right'' LiYun said.
''Of course I do, Li'' he said rubbing his nose against his ''My stupid dragon.''
LiYun laughed ''And you're my little fox'' he kissed him deeply then picked him up and threw him over his shoulder.
''Li, what are you doing'' he said pounding him on his back ''Put me down, everyone is looking.''
''Let them look'' he said then slapped him on the ass making AiLin blush ''I'm not letting you go tell we get home and even then you better be ready to spend a lot of your time in the bedroom with me.''
AiLin started to laugh and shake his head ''Well I guess I have to get used to this since this is my life now'' he said.
''Yep cause you are stuck with this stupid dragon'' LiYun laughed.
''I love you, Li.''
''I love you too, Ai.''
