Days had passed since Jiang had left to tell that LiYun had found the fox prince and he was coming to the God world. After being gone so long, AiLin's mother stood in front of everyone next to the Emperor waiting for him to show. She was already in tears with LiYun's mother standing next to her patting her back. LiYun and AiLin walked up the path to the grand palace where all the Gods were gathered to greet them. The moment they entered everyone bowed.
''We welcome both the Dragon Prince and the Fox Prince home. We welcome the Tiger Jing and the Wolf Kong home'' everyone said at the same time.
AiLin stood slightly behind LiYun as he looked at everyone. One older woman who was crying stepped forward smiling at AiLin. LiYun looked back at AiLin and smiled as well as he pulled him from behind him and pushed him towards the woman.
LiYun walked over to her as well and bowed ''Forgive me for taking so long to bring him home to you, Your highness'' he said softly.
The woman lifted LiYun's head and gently patted his cheeks ''Thank you Li'' she said and hugged him ''Welcome home as well.''
''Thank you, Your Highness'' LiYun said softly. He then took a step back so he stood behind AiLin.
The woman turned and looked AiLin up and down. She reached out and took his hand in hers and held it tightly. She reached up with her other hand and brushed his hair to the side. AiLin couldn't help but stare at her. The more he did, the more he could feel the tears start to fill his eyes.
''I am so happy to see you again my son. It has truly been too long'' she said in a soft voice.
AiLin nodded softly then turned to look at LiYun who had his head hung while talking to the woman that stood near his mother. The woman raised her hand high. AiLin pulled away from his mother and stood between LiYun and the woman just as she brought her hand down making contact with AiLin's face. The woman stepped back looking shocked at what had happened.
''Ai!'' The fox queen said running over to him ''Are you alright?'' she touched his cheek softly.
AiLin nodded then turned looking at LiYun who was shocked as well ''Are you ok?'' he said, holding LiYun's face in his hands.
''Yes, but you'' LiYun brushed his fingertips over the red spot on his face ''Doesn't it hurt?''
AiLin shook his head and smiled but then turned and looked at the woman that slapped him ''I care not if you are the Dragon Queen or LiYun's mother'' he said taking a few steps towards her ''Instead of welcoming him home you choose to raise a hand to him. Do it again and you will have me to deal with.'' He growled low as his eyes started to glow.
She looked at him with a bit of fear in her eyes. LiYun stepped between them looking at AiLin shaking his head.
''Well it seems your son in law is one not to be messed with, Dragon Queen'' a voice said.
AiLin looked to his left to see the Jade Emperor standing there smiling at them. The man looked young and had bright green eyes. AiLin walked over to him without any thought and looked at his eyes. He remembered that the old woman he first met when he went to look for LiYun has the same green eyes. AiLin pointed and tried to speak but the male placed a finger over his own lips shaking his head a bit.
LiYun walked over and placed a hand on AiLin's lower back ''This is the Jade Emperor.''
AiLin didn't say anything. Instead he bowed to him. The Emperor patted his head softly ''I welcome you both home as well. I am so glad to you have you both back after so long.''
''Thank you, your majesty'' LiYun said and bowed his head.
The Emperor turned and looked at Kong and Jing who were standing off to the side out of everyone's way. He reached his hand out for them both to come forward. Jing took a hold of Kong's hand and pulled him forward with him then bowed his head to the Emperor. Kong did the same as Jing.
''Jing, it has been so long since you have been home as well. How does it feel?'' he said.
Jing raised his head and looked at him ''In truth, I'm scared'' he said.
''I do understand why, but nothing will happen to you anymore. The Tiger Clan is in need of a new leader. The old one is dying and has no heirs'' he said ''I want you to be the next leader, Jing.''
''But your Majesty'' Jing wanted to decline the offer. Surely there was someone better suited for the job then him.
''It was deiced on long ago. Even the old leader wishes for it as well'' he said and placed a hand on Jing's shoulder ''From this day forth you are the Tiger Prince and the next Tiger Clan Leader.''
Jing knelt down and bowed his head ''I will accept this from the Jade Emperor with a happy heart'' he said.
Kong smiled and patted Jing head ''I'm happy for you'' he whispered softly to him as he helped him up.
''Kong'' The Emperor said looking at him.
Kong turned and looked back but dared not to say anything.
''I remember when your mother begged me to save you'' he said and placed a hand on Kong's cheek ''When I chose to save you and gave you the gift of being one of us I had already seen the great things you would do. That is why I also talked with the Wolf Leader and asked him to take you as his son. Sadly he has since passed on and the role of leader is now yours.''
''I am truly sorry your Majesty, but I can not accept that'' Kong said looking at Jing and taking hold of his hand holding it tight ''My place and my role is next to Jing as well as Li and Ai.''
The Emperor nodded and started to think. Just then he looked to AiLin and LiYun who stood there holding each other. He then turned and looked back at Jing and Kong who were also holding each other. He shook his head and smiled ''Then I have no other choice'' he said.
Everyone looked to the Emperor confused as to what he meant. He slowly made his way to the throne and sat down leaning his head on his fist.
''Since The Wolf Clan needs a leader and the one I choose for the role is Kong, yet he doesn't wish to leave his friends or loved ones side'' he says speaking out loud ''This leaves me with no other choice then.''
Everyone looked to the Emperor as he spoke. AiLin, LiYun, Kong and Jing stood together looking worried.
''I have no other choice then to not only have the Dragon and Fox clans joined, but I will also have the Tiger and Wolf clans joined as well'' He said with a smile ''Jing, The Tiger Prince and Heir, will marry Kong, The Wolf Leader.''
Jing and Kong looked even more shocked than anyone else did in the room. Both AiLin and LiYun smiled. Everyone else turned and bowed to all four of them.
''Congratulations to the Dragon and Fox Princes on your engagement. Congratulations to the Tiger Prince and the Wolf Leader on your engagement. We hope you all live happy together forever'' everyone said at the same time.
Kong stepped over to LiYun ''What the hell just happened?'' he asked, confused.
''You said your place was next to Jing as well as mine and Ai's side. The Emperor just made it where that will be possible as well as he gets what he wants. You're the Wolf leader'' LiYun said laughing then turned and pulled AiLin close looking at the red spot still on his cheek. LiYun licked it softly making AiLin blush hard.
Kong looked at Jing who looked back and was blushing which made Kong blush as well. Shit, they were going to get married now and they just started dating. Jing walked over and smiled up at Kong and hugged him softly. Kong looked at Jing and couldn't help but smile back.
Just then Su walked in laughing ''I'm sorry your Majesty but I will have to disagree with that choice of yours'' he said ''You see, I have already laid claim to Jing long before they met. I may not have marked him but he is still mine.''
Kong and LiYun stepped forward and growled at the same time, keeping both AiLin and Jing behind them ''Like hell he is. You ended the moment you chose to hurt him'' Kong snapped.
AiLin growled as well but before he could step forward someone had grabbed him from behind and licked the back of his neck ''So, this is what you taste like'' a voice whispered in his ear ''So sweet. I see now why Li can't get enough of you. It even makes me want to take you here and now myself.''
AiLin growled low and grabbed the person from behind him tossing him over everyone's head till he landed on his back. AiLin started to breath heavily, his growl growing louder. Fang laid on the ground laughing. He got up and shifted into his leopard form then looked right at AiLin licking his lips.
LiYun turned and looked at AiLin who took a few steps back and started to shift into his big fox form. Jing and Kong yelled for everyone to leave the building right away. They were not worried about Su anymore. LiYun ran to AiLin and touched his snout petting him softly.
''Ai, you need to try and calm down. You will get sick again'' he said looking into his eyes.
AiLin huffed and growled using his noise to push LiYun away from him. He took a few steps forward. The leopard growled and ran at AiLin. He clinged onto one of AiLin's big legs digging his teeth and nails in it. AiLin growled and slammed his paw into the wall forcing a yelp from the leopard as he went limp and laid on the floor. AiLin walked over and placed his paw on top of the leopard pushing down. Fang cried out from the pain.
Su growled and ran towards AiLin only to have him turn and look at him as well. AiLin used his tail to pick Su up and slammed him against the wall holding him there. He opened his mouth as he leaned toward Su.
''Ai, that's enough. Stop'' the Emperor said was he walked down the steps from his throne ''I have been keeping a close eye on these two myself as well as Jiang has told me what their plan was.''
AiLin turned and looked at the Emperor then let both Su and Fang go. He walked over and laid on the floor bowing his head. The Emperor petted AiLin on the head as he walked past him, his eyes fixed on Su and Fang who laid on the floor.
''You two have caused enough trouble as it is. Su, I thought you had learned your lesson from when you hurt Jing'' he said with anger on his face ''But now you choose to do this and go against what I have said plus you involved Fang as well. The both of you will be punished and be sent to live in your tiger and leopard forms never to return to your human form for the rest of your lives or till the four of them have forgiven you.''
The Emperor picked both Su and Fang up and looked back at LiYun who was looking at AiLin ''Li, you take care of him while I take care of these two.''
LiYun nodded and bowed his head ''Of course.''
The Emperor left, leaving the four of them alone. LiYun looked at AiLin who was panting and looked back at him. Just then both AiLin and LiYun's mothers ran in only to be stopped by Kong and Jing.
''Allow Li to take care of him. He is used to this already'' Kong said to The Fox Queen who looked and nodded at him.
''It will take some time for AiLin to return back to normal so please have some clothes brought to him'' Jing said.
''If he can walk, why don't he just come to the dragon kingdom and rest there for now'' The dragon queen said looking at LiYun.
LiYun nodded and looked at AiLin ''Can you walk'' he said softly.
AiLin noised him and nodded. He stood up slowly and stumbled a bit. LiYun stayed near him the whole way back to the Dragon Kingdom. Once they reached LiYun's palace court yard AiLin fell to the ground and passed out. LiYun sat next to AiLin petting his side softly.
The queen walked over to him and looked at AiLin who was breathing heavily ''We should ask...''
''Don't even think about saying it'' LiYun said glaring at her with hate ''If it's not Ai, then I would rather stay single'' He growled.
''You silly boy'' she said sighing ''I was going to say that we should ask his mother to send some clothes over for him.'' She walked over and placed a hand on the side of AiLin's face that she had slapped ''He took the slap for you and even challenged me. He stood up for his friends knowing what would happen to him if he did this. He loves you without even caring what others think. Of course I wouldn't dare to split you apart.''
AiLin opened his eyes and looked at her. He leaned into her hand softly and noised her. She smiled and petted him. AiLin closed his eyes again and went back to sleep. She turned and looked at LiYun ''Welcome home my son'' she said as she hugged him softly then left.
LiYun smiled a bit as he watched her leave, then turned back to AiLin who was looking at him ''What?'' he said, poking AiLin's noise. AiLing noised his stomach and licked him softly. LiYun growled playfully at him ''You just wait till you're back to your human form and feeling better. Your in trouble.''
AiLin huffed and pushed him down to the ground with his noise laying his head on his lap. LiYun sighed and petted him then gave him a soft kiss ''What am I going to do with you, Ai?''
AiLin made a sound as if he was telling him ''Love me?''
LiYun laughed and hugged his snout ''You know I already do.''
